What is your return and exchange policy?

Refunds:

  • Online payments will be refunded via the original payment method.
  • Cash-on-delivery orders will be refunded through bank transfer. Please provide your bank details during the return request.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the return is received and approved.

Processing Time:

  • Returns are processed within 72 hours after reaching our facilities.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the return is processed.

Haven’t received your refund?

  • If you haven’t received your refund within 3–7 business days, contact your bank with the refund confirmation email.
