Cancellation and Refund Policy
Returns and Refunds:
- When returning an online purchase, you will receive a refund in the same payment method used for the purchase.
- For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer once payment confirmation is received.
- If you provide your bank details during the return request, all refunds for that order will only be issued through bank transfer.
Processing Time:
- Returns sent via a carrier will be processed within 72 hours of receipt at our facilities.
- Upon processing your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
- The refund amount will be credited to your account within a maximum of 3-7 days, depending on your bank.
If You Haven’t Received Your Refund:
- If 3-7 days have passed and you have not received your refund, please use the confirmation email to contact your bank and expedite the process.
